Add your Accountant to QBO
It's always a good idea to give your accountant direct access to QBO. If not for bookkeeping and/or reconciliation purposes, then your accountant should have access to your QBO file because they know what they need and how to get it for tax preparation and/or planning purposes, they can review data entered for accuracy and compliance and make adjustments as needed, and they know how to fix things easier and quicker.
